   I bought Costco gift cards for Dave and Busters and I saved a few dollars here by buying the digital gift cards. I had "frequent gamer" points on my Dave and Busters app which earned me a free appetizer. We went on half priced game night as well. The lady at the front desk insinuated that my digital gift cards that I had purchased were stolen because I had written down the numbers to make it more convenient to use them. This was somewhat insulting. I had trouble getting WIFI service in the building but eventually I accessed the email to show her my purchase. I bought a hundred and fifty dollars in game cards from her with these. After using my free appetizer coupon at the table and a little of gift card money I had left I paid the rest on my debit card and wanted to tip thirty dollars but couldn't. When I asked the server how to tip he said I couldn't because I had used a gift card. I insisted that he help me find a way to tip him and refused again. It seemed as though he had seen my discounts and he stereotyped me as someone who wouldn't tip and now he wouldn't help me find a way to tip. This was insulting. For four people I spent a little over two hundred dollars, it wasn't exactly free. The food was delicious, the games were amazing, the restaurant was fun but the service was rude slow and insulting.

   I reserved a table ahead of time when I got to D&B they had no tables . The host said she would text me when my table was ready ! I never got a text never got a table . We sat at bar and they kicked us away because my 9 and 12 year old could not be sitting at bar.

   The food was not good at all. We ordered the garlic fries. The first one came out cold. We let the server know she brought another one out. It was also cold. She said she was gonna put in a new batch of fries. The third one that came out was hot, we ordered the flatbread pizza nowhere on the menu. Did it say it had onions on it but it came out with a lot of onions on top. I’m allergic to onion so we sent it back and they brought another one out without onion. We also ordered the quesadilla with onions on the side. It came out with onions on top , every dish we ordered had a problem with it. Not sure what the disconnect was with the kitchen, but was not happy at all with the food.

   Been years since I ate at D&B.. had heard they upped the food game since I’d been there. Was surprised at how good the food was. Pretzel sticks were very good. Had a burger and was done perfectly. The service was great too. Everything came out efficiently and quick.

   Happy hour drinks at reasonable price. From Happy hour menu, I’d stay away from pizza and fries. Chips and salsa/queso and nachos decent. Mark was attentive server and checked in regularly. Thank you.

   We went here for our son’s 21st birthday and had a great time! Service was excellent, food was delicious and the games were a blast!

   It’s been a while since I enjoyed a meal at a restaurant. Ever since COVID, it’s really not my favorite thing - when we first went out after the pandemic, I remember how loud the restaurant was, how long we had to wait to be seated and get our food, and how mediocre the food was. D&B’s was much better. We didn’t have to wait at all for a table, the food was great, and our server was relaxed and chatted with us like he was in no rush. The food was good. It was not as loud as some places, so I didn’t feel like I had to shout to have a conversation, but I do wish there was a quieter corner without big screens everywhere. Would be nice for us ADHD customers who come to enjoy the friend they came with, not the noisy, flashing, very distracting lights of a screen. But overall, best restaurant experience in years!

   Overall very good! A couple games weren’t working which is fine, and I wish the tables for dinner were open longer, but it was a fun time!

   This place is so loud and the bathrooms are NO WHERE NEAR the table but short of that, we had a really great time. We did have a table reserved, though the people at the front had NO IDEA where it was. (It was right next to them basically with a reserved placard at the table.) Our waiter was great and the food was typical bar food good. The drinks flowed and we had a blast playing video games.

    We decided to go here for Father’s Day. We had not been to D&B‘s in years! There were 10 of us ranging from age 2 through 62… We all had fun eating and then playing all the games. I will warn you though that the food is OK and it’s a little more expensive than we thought.(Or that it used to be). But, the games made up for it because we had such a fun family event. Our service was amazing. We were all talking about when we were going to do that event again.!
