   Our waitress was terrible, repeatedly had to ask for refills, she kept disappearing and when we did find her, she was just standing around talking. Even had to go get her so we could pay and leave due to her just standing around talking. Worst waitress by far and we've been there a lot. It was first time visit for half our party and they left very unhappy with the service received. One of my people in my party had order completely wrong and everyone was almost done eating by the time they received their correct order. Not a good eating experience by far.

   Had a reservation for 12 for my son’s birthday. Our waitress was really great. Food was pricey and just mediocre. We had Groupons for the game play, the gal that handlesd the game cards was rude and impatient. They have a lot of games but they are just ok and very expensive. Ladies bathroom was completely out of paper towels the whole time. Hard to find an employee to tell. It takes a ton of tickets to get anything decent in the store. I’d say 30% of the items were missing a ticket amt tag. As a parent paying a lot of money, I was frustrated. My son had a lot of fun though so it was worth it I guess.

   The appetizer with the cheese sticks and the pepped up flatbread was amazing! That in and of itself is a meal! It was super loud which is to be expected, but there was a table with a large group of children (7-13 yrs) that were continually screaming for several minutes. This somewhat made it very chaotic and gave me a headache. Other than that I enjoyed everything. The games were fun and there was a large variety to play!

   We had reservations for a party of 12. We were seated at two tables next to each other, we asked if we could slide the tables together and were told no but seen other patrons with tables together. Each group within the party had issues with the check like food not properly divided up. Even though each group was given a a number for which ticket was theirs. Food was ok.

   Stood at the front for awhile before being acknowledged and then they looked puzzled when we said we had a reservation. Huge hair in one of our sandwiches and server didn’t come back to check on us so we had to find them to get food remade—barely got an apology let alone any kind of accommodation! Fun games though and not too loud for so much going on.

   We had an excellent celebration team event! Everyone had a blast and the food and beverage team were awesome! Special shout out to Mayra for providing exceptional customer service to our entire team!

   I don't care for romaine lettuce they should offer iceberg as well. The ranch dressing was very good. It is noisy but that is the nature of the place. Lots of games to entertain you.
