   Check in had our reservation and table ready for party of 12 which was 6 adults and 6 kids for our son’s birthday party. Our server Veronica was great with our group. She was patient and checked in with us multiple times! Kids had a great time going around arcade area and playing games together. The adults did too. Great place to get together with smaller kids. We went at 11 and by the time we left around 3 it got more crowded with older kids and adults.

   I made reservations prior to going and we were seated right away so that was great but it took forever to get someone to take our order. Once the appetizer came out, a different server brought it out and pretty much threw it on the table and walked away mid sentence as my husband was asking for small plates. From there no one checked on us for over 20 minutes, cups empty and missing the extra sauce we asked for in the initial order. Once the food came out, the food itself was good but again, no one came to check on us and our cups were empty for some time. Several servers walked by and would look but not a word. Service was terrible. Will likely not be going back.

   Service was awesome! We were helped by Nelson and Glenys and their service was friendly, attentive, and exceeding our expectations. This D&B is ran like a well oiled machine, from management (Brandon) to servers, hostess, game hosts, and kitchen. Food was delicious and we ordered almost the whole menu for our party. Everything tasted great

   Every Sunday this place usually shows the Niners on both of the wall TVs this time. There was a different manager working and she had the Las Vegas Raiders on nine of the TVs and the Niners on six of the TVs. The Niners are the local team and they were very very few patrons there watching The Raiders game. I know we weren’t the only ones who complained about it. A few other people complained about not having the Niners on both of the big TVs.

   Today was horrible.. my food was cold. Had to send it back and it was still cold . And had reservations and my requested seating was given to someone else.

   We had a 5:30 reservation and arrived at 5:25. We were told a table was being cleaned and asked to take a seat on the waiting bench. 20 mins later and after 12 other people in multiple parties had been seated we were asked how many were in our party. Ridiculous. It also was a football night and it was so loud you couldn't hear the person across the table from you to have any kind of conversation. Half the games were not working and on a $10 play card I literally was able to play 4 games before it was out of credits. We won't be back until things are different. Open table was easy to use and our reservation was there and ready, just the host and service were horrible.

    This is the second time we've decided to eat and play at this Dave and Busters. Never again! I remember the first time we had issues. But, I'm not above giving a place a second chance. Upon arrival, I told the host staff that we had a reservation for 8 people and they looked panicked. We had to wait a while and when a table was finally chosen for us, the hostess pointed and said, "You're going to be sitting here" and walked away. So, we sat ourselves. Our waitress Aniyah (I believe) was fabulous and we felt so bad for her! She did everything she could to remedy our situations. We even told her she deserved to work elsewhere. The bar staff is wholly incompetent. We ordered 2 electric blue lemonades, non-alcoholic drinks, but they are made at the bar. After 20 minutes waiting for them, we questioned where they were. Our waitress checked and reassured us the bar staff said they'd get right on it. 20 more minutes went on and we let her know the drinks were still missing. She went over to the bar and it was like the staff at the bar were purposely ignoring her requests. There were several times we watched the bar staff standing around chatting. After 5 from our party continously stared down the bar staff, a supposed bar manager came over and told us they were "out" of the blue lemonades so we had to order something else! Shortly after, we did see other blue lemonades being made. One meal order was completely wrong, the food came out at all different times. Our waitress had the drinks removed from our order and was able to get a further discount from our bill. That being said, the experience was not anywhere close to being worth the $300 paid, for the meal alone! I tipped Aniyah extra and just hope she didn't have to share much of that with the bar staff!
