   Food is not that good. Prices are high. I would say go to a steakhouse and you can get beater food at a better price.

   Dave and Busters truly blew me away on my recent visit! The food here is a step above the usual fare— the streaks and salmon were nothing short of amazing, and those wings? Simply the best I've ever had. A special shout-out goes to bartender Tracey, who crafts a vanilla old fashioned that is as fabulous as it is inventive; you can tell she puts her heart and soul into every drink. The entire management team deserves praise for running the place with remarkable efficiency and genuine care for both customers and staff. While many might assume Dave and Busters is all about fun and games, it's clear that their food and menu selections are crafted with as much precision and passion as their games. If you're in Greenville and looking for a hidden gem that offers one of the better meals around, this is the spot. Five stars without a doubt!

   When we arrived and sat at our table, it took a good 15 mins for a server to show up to ask what drink we wanted due to the fact that multiple servers kept asking if we've been helped and I quote, "Someone will see you shortly." When we did get our food order in, it took 45 mins and that they had brought desert first. Another 15 minutes making it a total hour before we got our food after ordering. On top of all that, they were quick to clean up tables but to serve, highly poorly. Missed several items. The high price on top of that joined with stomach upset that night, I do not recommend this place.

   We went to Dave & Buster's Christmas night and they were very short handed due to the holiday. Drew was our waiter and he was doing a great job trying to keep up with everyone, refilling drinks and getting us checked out. Major kudos to Drew. And after that we played games and had a blast.

   Waiter started out fine. Untill it was time to pay for our meals. It took an hour of our play time to pay and get everything sorted out. After 45 mins of the waiter going back and forth to the kitchen taking our money and not coming back with our change. Then when we ask for our change from our meal he comes back 3 more times before he brought back the wrong change. I understand it can be demanding in a restaurant job but there should have been someone helping our waiter until he was able to be comfortable on his own and successfully do his job.

   Our server was great and tended to our needs. The arcade is where I felt overlooked. I had a machine that didn’t expell 10 tokens(2x) twice and I informed someone and they “called for assistance” no one ever came to help so I ended up just walking away and called it a lost.

    "Exceptional Food, Drinks, and Fun!" Dave & Buster's in Greenville is our favorite spot for a good time. The food is top-quality, and the signature drinks are incredible. Bob and his team are fantastic, making sure we have a great experience every time. The games are a blast, and watching sports on their big TVs adds to the excitement. We can't recommend it enough!
