   Was greeted by a friendly person first and he told me there would be a few minute wait, then the female hostess asked us as well, she spoke very quietly and I could barely hear her it seemed to aggravate her when I asked her to repeat herself. She also seemed to take offense when I told her someone had already checked us in. We then were shown to our table but then it took roughly 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order, the waitress was friendly. She informed me that they couldn’t make what my son and I wanted as they were out of buns, I was able to order my son something else. I took a minute and ordered something I was unsure about, food came out in a reasonable amount of time, my dish was a bit spicy. The rest of the experience went well.

   Our first time here and the first 10 minutes was not pleasant. The host was very nice. Told her it was our first time and asked for an overview on how it worked. Also reserved a table 1 week prior along with purchasing An advanced card via my rewards app ahead of time.Very nice hostess. Explained everything..and also told me I can transfer my virtual card to a physical one if need be . Tried to use my phone to play games would not work. Stopped by prize area as instructed by hostess to tell them and see if he could transfer card from my phone to a physical one . Very rude. Acted like I didn't know what I was doing. Asked for Google wallet pin and then asked me to take my cover off my phone. When I refused he handed me my phone and walked away. Requested a manager immediately and she very quickly transferred the card and apologized... Then when it was time to be seated at our reserved table for 9 we were first placed at a table that required extra seats put at the booth. The nice waitress took action immediately and said we would not be comfortable and got us a bigger table to accommodate our party . It was not an overall pleasant experience for our first time there especially because it was my daughter's birthday and that was her request to go there..

   I ordered the Salmon Bowl - it was very good - but the piece of salmon was half the size as depicted in the menu. It was $23 - so that wasn't great. Everyone else's food was very good. It was the opening day of March Madness today and they were unprepared for the crowd for some reason - would think it is one of the best days of the year for them and they would have been fully staffed. Overall good experience and will go back - and even order the salmon again because it really was good - but need to get the portion correct to at least match was is presented in the menu picture.

   Too loud in eating area Some games didn’t work Some food items unavailable such as Cole slaw with my chicken tenders meal. Too expensive for 4 tenders and cold fries

   My reservation was for Saturday at 5:45 confirmed by my email and when I got there they said it was for Sunday and we had to wait over an hour for a table.

   It’s a fun place check it out! It’s loud and energetic I’d recommend ordering regular bar food like burgers or wings, games are fun for all ages.

   Most of the food and drinks are too expensive my bill was 140.00 and it was my wife and I and our kids eating there I had two gift cards I got for Xmas I gave to server to put threw she came back told me one of my gift cards was expired I have never heard a gift expiring but I paid the bill and left for the amount of money for these dishes costed they should of been more food giving on these plates we will never be going back there ever again and the drinks 3.49 That's insane.It should be a little cheaper than that

   Our server brought 2 incorrect orders. The cheese for one of the sandwiches was not available. The wings came with a small cup of bleu cheese and only 1 piece of celery. The server also did not return to the table as much or as quickly as she should have. We were there around 12:30 and there was only 1 other table occupied. They definitely were not busy.

    Took a half hr to get my drink from the bar meanwhile people that were getting sat at the bar were getting their drinks immediately asked to speak to a manager twice because he took forever to come over then when he finally came to my table he was very rude and didn’t seem to even care how I felt then when I finally got my drink I told them to take it back I was half way done with my food already then they took the drink back instead of just letting me keep it for the troubles never eating at that restaurant again
