   The way you enter the lounge is pretty cool to start it off. Our server was Yesenia, she was very kind and chill. Also take her recommendations cause they were fire. Lol. The ambiance and vibe were very chill. I would definitely go back for the price as well.

   Once you’ve in its a great time. Getting in is a different story. The people working the phone booth have been straight rude rude rude. We have been a couple times and it was the sane experience. While waiting and being told reservations make it easier (we had them). Once we walked up was told no room. Booked a table online while waiting and guess what…..plenty of tables. Management should know you are losing folks before they get in due to the payphone people.

The staff informed us that we couldn’t enter until a specific time, but after checking OpenTable, we realized we could book a table in just 15 minutes. Their tone was somewhat rude, which made the initial experience less than ideal. However, once inside, everything changed. The ambiance was incredible, and the explanations provided by the staff were detailed and impressive. It truly elevated the overall experience. We hope the service at the entrance improves, as the interior and dining experience are absolutely worth it. Let me know if this works for you!

   Set a reservation an hour in advance, got a text near my reservation time that they moved it 15 minutes later. We showed up 3 minutes after they send the text that the table was ready, and then we were told that we had to wait because they just sat another group and didn't want to overwhelm the staff. Waited for 20 minutes and were let inside where there were 3 budtenders and 5 other groups. Budtenders disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. They are clearly only concerned with the people spending a lot of money, as this was our second visit and were ignored/forgotten about both times. If youre just going to smoke some joints and have a couple of sodas, don't expect too much attention from staff. We were going to get more, but we waited so long for someone to come back and check on us that we just asked for and paid the bill and left. Maybe it's just because they are prejudice towards same sex couples? Who knows. There are other consumption lounges in Vegas that have far better customer service.

    Other than the terrible attitude of the woman working door, it was AMAZING. Monica, our server, was a plethora of knowledge. This place has a little something for all level of “partakers”. There is no “food” per se, however, there was a guy who was selling baked potatoes on the outside of the exit. All and all, 10/10 will be back. PSA: Be sure to make a reservation, they always tell you some absurd wait time.
