   Unbelievable experience, very surprised this only has one Michelin star. Definitely a must try if you ever are in Taipei.

   第一次到訪，跟太太的5週年紀念。服務很貼心，食物水準也很好，主菜對羊肉的各式處理有心思。價位不便宜但如果想找安靜舒適的地方品嘗高質的法國cuisine, De Nuit 是不錯的選擇。

   Our hostess was superb. Very professional and always ready to smile. The selection of the wine pairing was good too. The food in general was good, but sometimes the layers of taste in a single dish were too complicated and rubbed off the shine of the main ingredient. Could just be my own taste though.

   Very deserving of Michelin Star for sure. The attention to detail not only in the food but service was impressive. Food outstanding and wine pairings spot on. Well done De Nuit!!!

   So far the best french eatery in Taipei. Michelin recognition well deserved; will definitely come back to try the autumn menu

   精緻的法式餐廳,醬汁調味非常特殊,用料精緻.有著法國料理的精神! 服務很好,不論擺盤或撤盤都非常及時.整個餐廳最大的聲音,應該是來自木地板與服務人員的鞋跟.

    My mom and I had a great time celebrating early Mother's day. Had one of the best experiences here!! The servers are incredibly sweet and professional. Very attentive and thoughtful.
