   One of my favorite steakhouses in the city. Food is always amazing and the service. Nicole was our waitress, she was phenomenal

   The steak was seasoned well and cooked per requested temp. The service was subpar and lacked the quality a group of three people should have received when at this type of fine dining. Waiting on napkins , water refills, poor timing and long wait for side dishes and mistakes all around. The server was needless to say not attentive to our needs and did not ever tune in at all throughout our time spent. The other dishes were also mediocre in flavor and temperature. We tried lobster pasta, lobster Mac, Oscar style steak and shrimp appetizer. I don’t plan on returning ever. It was not a good experience.

   Great, considerate service - well paced meal. Steaks were done precisely to order and tender and well-seasoned. Wine list is quality.

   My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and our anniversary. The food was amazing. I love a good steak, but let me tell you this, the steak was the best steak I have ever had in my life. Any time i come to Charlotte i will always eat at Deans Italian Steakhouse. Mac and cheese, potatoes, asparagus was amazing. Top it off we had cheese cake with cherry topping, i was in heaven. My favorite restaurant.

   Really enjoyed the ambience and service at Deans. The appetizer of crabcake was fantastic as was our steaks. The wedge salad was not good though- lettuce was brown/red on edges and the pickled veggies on it took away from it as a wedge is typically creamy and salty. They put a smoked thick piece of bacon on it which normally would be yum but again- it takes away from the other flavors.
