   The food is great. We got told we needed to wrap up at 6:30pm for VIPs coming in. Apparently our money was not as important as we wanted to order dessert. Again, the food was great and we are not local so wanted the full experience. Spoke to manager who said he told his staff in pre-shift that VIPs were coming in and to not say that to guests. It is a pizza place, not a fancy restaurant. We will not be back due to the service.

   Nice place. Very off putting that they charge a deposit for a reservation, that no menu items can be altered AT ALL and they were breaking down service around us while we were trying to enjoy our meal that dampened the vibe. For the prices they charge, I would think they would be more customer forward.

   Food and services are excellent, the Pizza and Meatballs are amazing. The chocolate chip cookie ala mode is perfect. We will definitely be going back.

   The food is consistently delicious here. We started with mozzarella triangles in a vodka sauce as well as Philly cheesesteak egg rolls Amazing. Then an ultimate salad so fresh and crispy with all the deliciousness. Then the vodka roni Detroit style pizza. To die for !!!! We finished with a large chocolate chip cookie heated with vanilla bean gelato. Absolutely my favorite spot !!!

    Pizza is phenomenal. However, I will say that the service is different then most. First, I made a reservation for 5:30pm. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted nicely. I arrived on time and even gave my credit card information to hold the reservation on open table. They confirmed my reservation and before I was seated, the one hostess said, " you can only have the table for an hour is that ok? We have another reservation." I'm sorry I wasn't as important as the other reservation. I paid too and was more than willing to sacrifice the $15.00 if i didn't show. What a pretentious place for a pizza joint. I simply responded by, that depends on how quickly you can make my pizza. I like to take my time when I eat. I had a baby with me as well. (as if that's predictable). I'd love to see this person come kick us out after the one hour. BTW when we arrived, about 8 tables were empty. I am not sure what their deal is. But if I am treated this way again, I won't be coming back. Why pay $30 for being treated poorly when Little caesar's makes the same type of pie for 20 bucks less. Secondly, whoever heard of no free refills on an arnold palmer? Unless its fresh squeezed Lemonade, this should never be the case. I've ordered this beverage my entire life and lived in florida my entire life. Never have I seen a restaurant charge for an arnold palmer refill without an explanation. The pizza is amazing. I will give them that. But honestly, my treatment at this place speaks volumes as to why they were so great when they were just a pick up place. You guys need to work with your hostesses on treating customers with respect. This is also no reflection on our server, Maya. She was really nice.
