   Overall it was a very good experience. There were one or two missteps that were rectified with an unsolicited free dessert! The food was delicious, the ambiance relaxed and lovely. The staff was very friendly and nice. The restaurant is inside a hotel but they’ll validate your parking deck ticket.

   Dinner was fabulous! I was hungry and had checked the menu in advance so had a good idea what I was going to order. The staff was attentive, and kind of- providing recommendations and answering questions knowledgeably. While I was surprised there was not a pre-appetizer (bread, breadsticks), my selections were fresh, very tasty, and accommodating my minor modifications. I noticed similar experiences with others in the restaurant, including families parties and individual diners. I would visit here again.

   Food and services was absolutely fantastic, Debra our server was super attentive and kind. Kudos to executive chef Cicil Rodriguez for an amazing experience with the Mother’s Day buffet.

   My experience started off very good as we were there for a Mothers Day brunch. But it was when we were ordering the specialty plates to where my family does not eat beef or pork and the employee was making plates for three different customers at the same time. My wife ordered a Mac and cheese plate with shrimp to where she found pork sausage in her plate. This was due to the employee using the same utensils to make all the plates. This may not be a big deal for others but it completely turned us off from consuming any other food.

   We arrived here for a Mother’s Day buffet and everything was awful. Starting off, we waited almost 10min before our server arrived and he showed up saying HAPPY ANNIVERSARY with 2 glasses of champagne. We said, oh, it’s not our anniversary but it’s Mothers Day.. and he just walked away and tossed the drinks, then came back. It would have been nice to not waste the drinks, and still offer them to our moms since they were poured by mistake, but he just threw them out and came back with nothing. They advertised food items that weren’t available, and the food that was present was cold in the chafing dishes. Appearance wise, the restaurant was dirty. Tables were wiped down but weren’t swept underneath. Our server wasn’t present at all, and we waited over 15minutes to ask for our check. Our drinks weren’t refreshed or offered to refill them, we had to ask for the basics and overall it was just a sad sorry experience. The restaurant had roses for the women, but we’re sad and wilty and we were told “if you want a flower, you can go up there and grab one.” It would have been nice to present the moms at our table with flower Safe to say we’ll never be going back nor recommending the hotel because even the cushions outside the entrance were dirty and torn. The bathroom next to the restaurant was out of towels and my stall was out of toilet paper… just a hot mess and sad experience for such a well known world class hotel brand.
