   Del Friscos used to be our favorite place but it doesn’t seem to have the same great vibe and food.

   Felt rushed from the moment I sat down. As if they needed the table when it wasn’t busy at all. Appetizer came before the drinks. Bread even later. Expected much more and left disappointed.

   Went for Denver Restaurant week in March '25 and enjoyed a nice meal. The food was good and I have to say, even my salmon was cooked perfectly. The portion size was appropriate for a 70-year old diner, but smaller than I remember from years past. Service was great, although no changes to the DRW menu were allowed. Costly meal, even with the DRW pricing ($55), but it was delicious!

   Del Frisco's is always good. Our server, Brian, was great! The Honey/Butter w/sea salt rolls that they bring to the table hot, were absolutely delicious. The crab cake was very tasty and had lots of lump crab and not much breading. Our steaks were prepared as ordered, but just didn't have much flavor, not seasoned very well, but still good. Skip the "grilled asparagus", as it was more like steamed than grilled and was very thick and stringy. The truffle twice baked potato was good, and had a nice truffle flavor. Unfortunately, the Warm Butter Cake had good flavor but was so overcooked that we had to use a steak knife to cut it. They have a nice wine list with wines that can be difficult to find. We enjoyed the Anejo Old Fashion and the Maple Bourbon Sour, both were good choices. We enjoy dining and usually have multiple courses, with cocktails and a nice bottle of wine and don't mind a 2 hour dinner. However, everything about Del Frisco's felt "rushed"; the main course was delivered before we could finish our salads, and the bottle of wine was not delivered until after our steaks were on the table. Dessert was brought out immediately after the main course was cleared. I have to admit it was restaurant week, so we made our reservation for 5pm, to avoid the crowds, but they still seemed very busy. So, I understand trying to "turn the tables" as often as possible, but our dining experience was just over an hour for multiple courses, cocktails, wine and dessert, so it was rushed. We will try again when it is not restaurant week.

   We were thee for a birthday celebration and it just happened to be Restaurant Week! The meal was delicious and the service was outstanding. I have gluten intolerance and the server was very careful to help me select items that worked with this situation. We both hadn't been there in many years but will definitely be visiting again soon!

   We went to dinner for Denver Restaurant Week. The food portions were generous and the steak was cooked perfectly. Our server, Joe, was friendly and appropriately attentive. The manager helped resolve a problem with our Landry’s reward. I was impressed by his friendliness and problem solving. It was a great evening.

   First time dining at Del Frisco's. Really good food and options on the Denver Restaurant Week menu. Great that they could accommodate our large group. Will be back.

   We went for Restaurant Week, and there was no pressure to purchase anything else. We did, but there was no pressure to do so. We got a great table, great food, and great service. Our server, Maddie, was particularly great! We will ask for her again.
