    Poor experience and cavalier attitude by host staff & management. While the franchise may have had glory days over several years, the NYC establishment was a complete failure. Our server did her absolute best and she was commendable; however, the cuisine was essentially average vs similar establishments within the category. Despite reservations in advance , a large party and on-time arrival we were not seated until nearly 50 minutes after our reservation. Note zero apologies from staff. Absolutely zero gratitude for waiting and not any gesture of any kind to atone for their issues. Host staff were indifferent and seemed to have little empathy for patrons. In fact we found our impression of staff to be callous and nearly walked out… It appears that would have been the correct response after all. Extremely disappointing meal & experience.

    The men’s bath room looked like a bomb went off in it. They have to do a better on maintaining a clean bathroom. Food and service was excellent!

    We had a fabulous experience! The filet mignon was melt in your mouth good! We also had sweet potatoes, lobster Mac & cheese, broccolini, and mashed potatoes. Everything was wonderful! We highly recommend going not only for the food but the experience.

    This place was great. The steak was cooked to perfection and the tuna was the best I’ve ever had. We had a lovely time. Only thing is our waiter was overwhelmed (even told us so) so we had to keep trying to get his attention to order more drinks/ask for additional items needed.
