   We were one of three tables in the restaurant. Service was slow and disjointed. We ordered a bottle of wine that was not presented and brought already opened to our table. The food runner dropped our serving spoon and just walked away. All of the food was lukewarm warm. There are many other options for steakhouses in the immediate area, try one of them instead.

   Service was absolutely horrible! The waitress could not handle 3 large tables. Waited over 30 minutes for cocktails, wine and bread to our table. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy. When I brought it up to the Mgr, she said want me to move you to another table? Why should have to move? They gave us another waitress better but things got progressively worse. Appetizers came and yes delicious but then I had to clear our table because no one was around as they should have been. In addition no one asked if wanted more cocktails. Main course came, 2 steak dishes the added on scallops were missing and 1 steak was completely over done when it should have been medium rare. That steak was taken back and another one was brought out. That steak although to the eye looked medium rare, the steak in middle was ice cold. I personally took dish to kitchen where the GM was at. I explained the frustration and was told that how it should be. My eyes were in disbelief and said her was wrong. He took it back and within a few minutes brought another to table. GM gave me his card and repeatedly continued to apologize. First time ever there for some of my party and was ultimately disappointed. Really wanted our holiday dinner for 8 to be special but was awful. I suggest you go to the buckhead location we’re service has always been and food exceptional!

   The restaurant did not have enough staff to handle the large reservations they accepted. We waited an hour for our first round of drinks. We had a waiter who tried his best but was overwhelmed. Food was good. The restaurant is beautiful. But the poor service throughout the evening spoiled our family Christmas dinner. We will never go back.

   My daughter chose Del Frisco to celebrate her graduation. The entire service experience was wonderful, from the hostess to the table service. The food - divine and cocktails - right on the mark. We had a party of 7 + a toddler. Our server specialist was very attentive to each guest and patient with my granddaughter. Thank you for providing a professional dining experience at a time when pleasant customer service seems to be lacking. This was mine and my husband's first Del Frisco experience. We'll definitely be returning.

   Courses were rushed. Entrees and sides were not hot when received. Service was not impressive for this price point.

   Open Table said I was getting last seat available and there was similar time slots later. False: Place was empty . I eat at the bar and they staff were packing up to close down. I was visibly delaying their exit The steak quality was beyond Terrible I ordered a plain baked potato with butter on side … I got a loaded baked potato that was yellow/brown … sitting around

    I was incredibly surprised by the absolute lack of activity in the restaurant, and service was still not up to par. It was slow and far from professional. Food was good, but the slow service and completely dead location made it a disappointing evening. So sorry to need to share these comments!
