   Great service but several items were very over cooked and not as ordered. Medium rare filet arrived well done and shrimp, while large, we hard and over cooked.

   We probably we not return to Del Frisco. It was my birthday and I was disappointed. Normally when I go out for my birthday you get a dessert with happy birthday and candle. The warm butter cake was not warm. Our sweet potato casserole was cold and the cream corn had cheese when we requested no cheese. Three out of the four sides had to be returned because of errors. I put this restaurant in the same category as Mastros, Eddie V's, Ocean Prime, and a few other fine dining restaurants but we didn't get the same service from Del Frisco

   This was a Very Very Very bad experience our service was Horrible our order was wrong and our sides came out late and we sat waiting for our check for about a Hour sorry to say but Reggie was very bad.

   I have been to this location on two previous occasions, I don't know that I will go back. Our drinks came quickly however our appetizers took about 20 minutes from the time we ordered them (calamari and the meatballs). The calamari was delicious but the meatballs were flavorless. We ordered our meals and waited about another 30 minutes and the meals were also disappointing. The baked potatoes were lukewarm, not hot, the crab cake on top of the medallion was very soupy and had a strong taste of mayo. My sisters crab legs were overcooked, and the butter for dipping was not room temperature at best, and the sauce on top of my friends ribeye did not look appealing, nor did it taste very good. On top of that the order for our asparagus was not put in and we were told it would be another 10 minute wait to get them (we canceled that). Our server was nice, but it seemed like the restaurant was short staffed. It was supposed to be a birthday celebration but it turned out to be a disappointment :-(

   We went to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and Juan made our entire night!! Not only was he super attentive, he was authentic & kind. Definitely going back and will request Juan!!

   I had the 45-day-aged Prime strip steak, and it was DELICIOUS. It was buttery and perfectly cooked. My wife had the petite filet mignon, which was also perfectly cooked. The restaurant was full but not too crazy, as it was Thanksgiving dinner. The service was perfect, as expected. Our waiter, Kevin, was engaging and made us feel welcome. To finish the night, we had an excellent Butter cake.

   We had a late lunch after the movies. There were not a lot of other diners at that time. Everyone at the restaurant provided fabulous service. The food is always delicious. It was a lovely experience. Highly recommend.

   Food was excellent, delicious. Service was good but slow. Everything was enjoyable but don’t try and park at Century City mall on a Saturday night!!

    Carlos was fantastic and the sommelier was very gracious in sharing his perspective on the regions of the world's offering of wine... Especially the French and my favorite- Châteauneuf-du-Pape
