   Out reservation was 6:30 and we didn’t get seated till after 7:30, we ordered the Christmas special which included filet mignon and the lobster tail, my wife and I both ordered the steak medium well, it seamed having reservations that late was mistake because the steaks were of very low quality and extremely over cooked and the lobster was more the size of a crawfish, not worth the nearly $500 we spent on this meal.

   Kelly was amazing. However the food did not match Kelly’s level of excellence. Food was super slow just for a Cesar salad.. then it was very watery and bland for the price.

   As Emptynesters, Del Frisco’s Southlake is our “go-to” place for holidays when our kids are at the in-laws. Today the staff was especially friendly and made our Christmas Day lunch a joyful experience! The food is always amazing! Thanks! Merry Christmas 🎄

   Made reservations for Christmas Eve but still sat us on the covered patio. It was raining and the water was dripping through the overhang so my husband’s pants were soaked. Seated at a very crowded booth. We asked to move inside but were told this was considered standard seating. You could tell the staff was overwhelmed as they were forcing parties larger than ours to sit in smaller spaces. Also a limited menu was served with no communication on the website or when you made the reservation that the menu would be altered. Bread was not offered but we later asked for it as it seemed they were trying to turn tables quickly with no customer service. Will not be back on a holiday.

   First time to visit Del Friscos. Celebrating a birthday. Made reservations. Waiter was infrequent visiting the table, didn't know specials, steakhouse out of ribeye at 7 pm. Our meal arrived ice cold and husbands med rare steak was very overcooked. Sides cold too. My order was wrong. My husband politely asked for manager and almost 15 min later she arrived and blamed it on understaffing because mondays are supposed to be slow. Obviously inexperienced as it was 2 days before Christmas and families were out for a nice meal. Manager offered to remake but it would have been at least 20 minutes. We ended up going home and going to celebrate another night elsewhere.

    Food has improved and the service was outstanding…everything was quite tasty… wine was a bit pricey
