    Ribeye steak was an over priced mediocre piece of meat covered in a not so tasteful brown gravy sauce with a mixture of god knows what vegetables including olives. For a good steak, should have gone to J Gilberts.

    We had reservations and we're promptly seated. Our party of I've sort of staggered in but before the reservation time. Service was outstanding. Entrees were well prepared and appealing. Although I did think the blistered cherry tomatoes served with the Snapper fish should have used another vegetable.

    Food was delicious and prepared perfectly. Our server, Irene, was very sweet and did an excellent job explaining some of the dishes. It was a very fun experience.

    This was our first visit to Del-Mar. We come to Easton each December for a weekend with friends and normally go to the Ocean Club. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great food, service and drinks. The noise level was a little loud, even for a packed house. Overall, a terrific evening.

    Del Mar is my new go-to spot! I love the ambience, love the menu and our service has always been impeccable. I can't say enough good things about the Dirty Martini with the addition of some blue cheese olives. It is perfection! The Serrano Jamon and spiced feta dip are two more of our favorites but honestly, everything we have tried has been terrific. Really love this new spot in Easton!

    Greeted & seated the hostess was very friendly. We ordered hummus & pita very good. Beet salad. Lobster spaghetti, Snapper & Salmon. All entrees were Excellent. The only negatives… dining room upstairs was empty upon arrival however they continued to seat everyone “very close” to one another. Server forgot soda, forgot parmesan cheese & forgot side plates for dessert. Over all very good & ambience is on point.
