   Our server made a signature White Russian that was superb according to my brother. The special NY strip and shrimp was also delightful. We added a veggie side dish. Overall a very pleasant experience.

   The food is so good. I ordered a ribeye that was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere as well to go with the delicious food.

   We went in on Valentine's Day. We had made a reservation. Even though it was, of course, a busier day, it was still a very nice atmosphere. Not too loud. It didn't feel as crowded, despite all of the table being occupied. Our server, Emily, was extremely attentive and very nice. She was constantly checking on us and kept us taken care of. The food was delicious. This was our second time eating there and have had good experiences both times. Definitely recommend.

   Salad was good, though small for the money. We all had the shrimp risotto, which was good but the sauce rather overwhelmed the shrimp and rice. Service was good.

    Excellent experience all around. We were lucky enough to get a reservation for 6:00 pm, arriviex at 5:57 and were quickly taken to our table for 2. Waters came instantly, and later, our server, Emily was so warm and friendly. We had empanadas, sausage, salad, skirt steak and roasted vegetables with a bottle of wine. Everything came in good timing and cooked to perfection. Having been to Argentina and Chile just this year, made it extra special to dine at Del Sur. St Simons is lucky to have this place. We don’t live here but I’d come back just to dine at Del Sur again.
