   Overall food quite good. Service spotty. Took an act of Congress to find someone to bring butter for our bread. Since the front doors open directly into the restaurant, anyone sitting in line with the doors are going to be cold, an Artic wave every time the doors open.

   We were set in front of the door. It was cold out and everytime the door opened we were met with a blast of cold air. As you faced the door, the left side was worse than the right. I requested they use the right door but they seemed to take great delight in using the left door as you went out. The manager did come and acknowledge the problem but said he could do nothing. We have used Del Sur for years about once every month or so. I will have to in the future request table location before making a reservation. It was almost intolerable and made for a very poor dining experience. You do not want to be the table just inside the door!

   Don’t believe there was any music on at some point and/or there was a weird humming noise but only if you concentrated on it. Otherwise excellent dinner and Sarah and staff were fantastic and very sincere and hospitable. Thank you

   Loved this restaurant. Will come back every time we are on St Simon’s. Met the owner, Hernan Stutzer, and had a great talk. He told us about his food truck. We plan on booking him for our next family reunion down there. Thanks Hernan and team for the great meal.

   The entre was excellent but the Caesar salad was mediocre at best. The restaurant is small and overcrowded causing it to be rather noisy. The wait staff are young and attentive but to the point of rushing us through our meal. A more mature approach to service through training would add to the experience.

    Great service from the Hostess, to the table servers to Emily our Waitess. Our food was terrific. We’ll be making this our regular. .
