   From the first greeting by the host until the very last sip of our digestifs, Delfina made us feel like the world was okay at least for the evening. Our server was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. You can never go wrong with their pasta but their whole grilled fish was impressive too with perfect accompaniments. Salad was well executed with perfect balance of freshness and smokiness from the few bits of meat.

   Good apps and dessert My main dish however, spag pomodoro, had a overly bitter tomato flavor that made it not very good

   We really enjoyed the anniversary menu at Delfina. Every bite was exceptional! The service was stellar and we were treated like family. Thank you for an incredible evening!

   Everything was so consistently wonderful. Every single dish tasty. We (four of us — two age 30 and two in our sixties) started with the Anchovies and Butter — perfect mix of salty and fishy and creamy— and the castelvetrano olives — warm and tasty. We all especially loved the Halibut crudo and the salad was excellent (loved the dressing), the pomodoro spaghetti was perfect (as always!) and the Squash Tortelloni was a definite favorite, the Paccheri All’Amalfitana was good, too. And the Chicories Pie was also perfect — not your traditional pizza (no red sauce — instead there were fried eggs on top). The crust had the perfect amount of chew and of yeasty flavor. We ended with a chocolate budino — very rich and very chocolatey. Not only was the food delicious (hit the perfect spot between inventive and familiar) but also the service was perfect — our waiter gave us great suggestions when we asked and was attentive but not intrusive. We ate outside, which was lovely, and even though it was quite a cool evening we felt warm and toasty under the heaters. Another perfect dinner at Delfina!
