    Another lovely meal - fois gras was delicious and we both tried something different for mains this time; the duck fell off the bone and was v succulent and the potato was the perfect accompaniment. The Milanese pork was also delicious. The fries tasted very good but could do with being a little crispier. Drinks were spot on as always. Looking forward to the next time!

    Fun vibe, good music excellent service. Delicious bread - haven’t found good bread on the island until now. Onion soup delish, Tapenade delish, tuna tartare just ok very pale in color. Salads were excellent. Cocktails and mocktails excellent. The table we sat at was way too narrow for bread plates, water and drink glasses and appetizers. Table was not very comfortable to be honest. Beef bourguignon was tasty but had some tough pieces to chew which was meh. The shrimp cocktail was cooked nicely but smelled and tasted of sea brine which was really not good at all (tho we have very high standards from New England) Pretty good but not amazing, expected better based on reviews.

    Derrière has the best ambience and food in Limegrove and the best French food in Barbados! Amazing French cuisine with the warmth of Barbadian staff.

    Based on other reviews, I was excited to try this new restaurant at Limegrove. We were expecting it to be amazing but just found it to be okay. It was bustling though ... very busy so people are excited to try. We had a very small table and didn't feel there was enough room to accommodate our drinks and plates ... also chairs were not comfortable. Lively atmosphere for sure but we struggled to even have a conversation ... We dined on a Friday evening so perhaps a weeknight might be a tad quieter. We chose the burrata and a salad to share as our starters ... both just okay. Mains were the lamb shoulder and pork paillard ... again okay. Perhaps we didn't choose the right items. If back on the island, we would definitely give it another chance and perhaps try lunch instead.

    A fantastic restaurant, great atmosphere, lovely food & outstanding staff . A refreshingly beautiful addition to the Barbados scene . A tad pricey but hey , you get what you pay for. First class in every element.

    We absolutely loved this restaurant. They did everything right. Hostess was very welcoming and pleasant. When we sat down someone was there immediately asking if we wanted still or sparkling water. Then we were given some excellent bread and asked us if we wanted more. We each had a glass of white wine, pinot grigio and sauvignon blanc. Nicely chilled. We ordered Niçoise Salad, Smoked salmon tartine, key lime pie and white chocolate tart. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, as well as our server Kristina. We will definitely return.

    Oysters from Boston every day! They nailed the burger - perfectly juicy and flavorful, thank you. The duck was sublime as well. Excellent service and what a great bar :) Booking to return already. Thanks Jules and the team.
