Diavola never disappoints. I have dined here several times in the last few years, and visited last night to celebrate my birthday. The ambience is wonderful and energetic, the service was over the top amazing (thank you Christopher!) and the food is consistently delicious. I got a complimentary dessert for my birthday and Christopher made me feel special. I had a great experience at Diavola and will visit again for sure.

We have always enjoyed Diavola and this visit was no different. The food and service is above average. They were very busy when we arrived for a 7:30 reservation and we had to wait 15 minutes. They were polite about the situation and unfortunately had many tables staying an unreasonable amount of time. The restaurant also has a very robust business in food delivery by the different companies who offer it. This may result in part of the wait we had. We will be back.

Chris our waiter was excellent! He made great recommendations on the appetizer. Bottles of wine are reasonable and food is always wonderful!

The food was good. Nice friendly service. However, it was very loud. We had trouble talking and the waitress had a hard time hearing us too.

I asked for a table for 8 and 2 tables of 4 we’re put together, with two seats at the ends. Will all the plates, drink ware and food, there was barely room left to eat. I asked to add pomodoro sauce in my pizza, instead of making it bianca. The kitchen got it wrong and sauce was brought to be added on top of the pizza. Not ideal, but a good attempt. Appetizers and pizza came almost all together and there was almost no space on the table to eat. Waiters did not clean the table to make room to eat. Food is great, but were lukewarm. Noise level was very uncomfortable. People are too loud and the room acoustics do not help.

This is by far my favorite pizza in Indy! The dough cooked in the wood fire oven by itself is amazing, but then they have all these choices of toppings! Add to that the atmosphere, the exceptional service, and Wine Wednesdays, how could you go wrong?
