   Pretty place, but a dangerously poor dining experience. The decor is lovely, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress seemed completely uninterested from the start, which might’ve been tolerable if it hadn’t directly impacted the experience. First, she got my order wrong — despite me clearly pointing at the item on the menu. She brought the incorrect dish at the same time as my friend’s, and it was difficult to even flag her down because she stayed behind the bar and didn’t once check on us. There were only two other tables in the restaurant at the time. When I finally got her attention and told her the dish was wrong, she tried to convince me it was what I ordered instead of apologizing. Eventually, she just took the plate and returned with the correct one — but by then, my friend was almost done eating. To make matters worse, my chicken was completely raw inside, which was a serious health risk. I called her again — another challenge — and told her. Not an apology again. The replacement took ages to come back. At that point, my appetite was gone, but I ate a bit just to not waste more time. After nearly an hour, we were offered tea on the house and finally got a brief apology — not from her, but because the chef mentioned the issue. Despite all this, when the bill came, they still included a service charge, which felt frankly insulting. This could’ve been a nice experience, but the lack of care, slow service, and raw food made it one I wouldn’t recommend — especially when health and basic customer care are at stake.
