   The service and the servers were excellent. The servers were attentive yet unobtrusive. The food looked nice but tasted distinctly average. It was expensive for what it was. Not too many vegetarian options. The place was quiet when we were there (a Friday night at 7pm), which suited us and gave us plenty of time and space to talk.

   Highly recommend Went for Sunday lunch with a friend who likes the quieter place and today was perfect Staff tentative when needed Able to relax and enjoy our time Food was fantastic and excellent value too 100% will return Bonus not to have to pay to park the car Thank you so much 🍷x

   I purposely booked a table at this restaurant because their website indicated a brunch and lunch menu, however neither were available when I asked for them. I was only offered the a La carte menu. Please update your website so other patrons aren't mislead in the future

   This was a great venue to meet up with family - at a convenient mid point between us all. The building is fabulous and the interior is lovely. The food was really good and well presented. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

   Dining at The Comet Hotel was a generally good experience, with the venue being very quiet on my Sunday evening visit, meaning a wife choice of seating despite booking a table. Restaurant tables are comfortable and a good size , whilst lounge seating is very comfortable for a drink. Service was friendly, fast and efficient. Food was very tasty , with plenty of choice , although a little expensive. Overall a good experience. Just a small negative in that a gratuity, of 10% was added to the bill automatically.

    We had a wonderful meal last night for my husband’s birthday. The service and food was exceptional and we would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
