Private Rooms are available for larger parties and reservations are recommended. Regular prices do not include specialty brunches such as Easter and Mother's Day

Sunday June 29th will be our last brunch of the summer. We will return after Labor Day. Enjoy the summer!!

                  Food was horrible. You could have broken your tooth on the rolls they were so hard. We had reservations at 12:30 and they ran out of shrimp 10 min after we got there. The pork was dry and had no gravy! Wouldn’t go back

                  I have never had such a bad experience as I did celebrating Father's Day with my Family and grand kids as I did this Sunday. My wife and I have used this venue for both of my daughters rehearsal dinners and I have enjoyed Mother's Day brunches on many occasions here. However, this time the food epically was terrible. No scrambled eggs when we tried to get started. Waffles were so hard they were inedible. Potato salad was full of hard uncooked potatoes. This is just a few of the dishes that were unacceptable. Only 2 desert options available. Service was very slow and the dining room was far less then 1/2 full. No excuse considering the cost of the meal.

                  Food sat there. Only a few guests quality of food very poor. Staff all talking and making odd comments at times. Our waiter was extremely odd served us like warm coffee and warm juice. Restaurant itself dark and gloomy in need of some overdue updates. Selection of food poor for a brunch. Way overpriced for poor selection and quality.

                  We were charged 18% for service but the service was minimal, leaving dirty plates in front of diners. The food was cold. The roast beef was so tough you couldn't chew it. No steak knives, The Turkey was tough and dry. They ran out of desert although we were promised there would be plenty as they could only book us at a late sitting. never again!

                  We reserved a table for two at the Westford Regency for their Mother’s Day special brunch. A rose was given to every mother as she arrived which was a nice gesture. We were brought to a table, which seated six, directly in front of the very busy kitchen doors (The complete opposite of my request note in Open Table.) Fortunately a member of the wait staff noticed our displeasure and immediately brought us to a smaller table in a different area. The breakfast and lunch dishes were set up nicely. My first breakfast dish is always waffles and fruit. No waffles were available as both waffle makers were broken. Settled for pancakes which were dry. The omelettes and other dishes looked good, although the hot dishes were just warm. The lox was delicious. The biggest disappointment was the roast which was quite tough and chewy. Desserts were delicious. The waitstaff were excellent and very attentive. The cost was quite pricey for the food quality offered and with taxes and fees plus the tip it came to over $176 which we did not expect. Our waitresses Donna and Pauline were awesome as well as the front desk staff.

                  Overly expensive for the overall experience. Food was not good. Server was nice but spent most time chatting with coworkers. Had to wave her down to get attention each time we needed something, if we could get her attention. I even had to clear our own plates a couple of times. Prime rib was so tough it couldn’t be eaten, chicken was overcooked, pastries were stale, cold and unappetizing. Scrambled Eggs were not from fresh eggs, home fries were not good. Deserts were all premade, not homemade, in fact I don’t believe anything was freshly made at the hotel. I feel all the foods were processed prepackaged items. Certainly not worth the huge cost per person ($200+ for 3 people) and the tip was added to cost without an option to tip according to the service received. It was embarrassing to bring our Mother here to celebrate her special day, especially since this will most likely be her last Mother’s Day. We wanted to do something very special to celebrate her, but we were disappointed and embarrassed.

                  We highly recommend the brunch at the Westford Regency. Great selection of food, all very well prepared and delicious. Relaxed atmosphere, didn't feel rushed.
