   Absolutely 1st class food the staff were so attentive and friendly the restaurant was breathtaking most definitely will be back again steak and lobster was perfection

   I went with friends we had a lovely evening. This is a beautiful restaurant. The food was excellent and so was the service. Good choices of fish and steak. I only marked down the ambience score because there was a very noisy table using foul language. We complained to the manager who did have a word with them but felt that was all he could do although he did apologise to us and other diners. I know it's difficult when people are drunk as you don't want a scene. I'll definitely be back, and just hope the drunk woman isn't there next time

   Excellent service. Friendly and efficient. Had mentioned my wife’s birthday when booking and received complimentary fizz. Nice touch and unexpected. Food came promptly and was cooked as requested and delicious. Sides were excellent and priced reasonably. Restaurant was busy but overall noise level was low/medium and table conversation was easy and relaxed. No service charge and opportunity to add tip (which goes to staff) on to bill. Decor contemporary and attractive and toilets excellent and well maintained. Overall, the steak restaurant that Dundee has been needing and we look forward to going back.

   This was an exceptionally good meal in a lovely place, highly convenient for the theatre with friendly efficient service. We will be back !

   I would best describe Don Padrino as nice but not great it’s very cramped and if you are looking for a more personal dining experience it’s not for you. The food was good. Service a little clunky but it was busy. Comparing it to other steak houses I have visited I would say it was a little expensive. Overall, not my cup of tea but not an avoid.

   Lovely restaurant but the wait for food was very long and steaks arrived barely warm and didn’t all come out at the same time,didn’t have wine we requested so the offered us a cheaper bottle but charged us for the one we requested at first.staff were lovely

    Food all tasted delicious however the mark up on steak must be at least 40% ..with each sauce £5 .that adds over10% to your sharing steak before sides. The Creme Brulee also delicious but 3mm in depth which looked decidedly miserly... service was spot on
