When Italian cuisine strikes your fancy, Don Vito’s is the place to whet your appetite. Savory soups, freshly baked breads, seafood flown in daily, and a wide variety of Italian desserts are showcased in this stylishly appointed specialty room.
Diners can also try some new mouthwatering pasta dishes like the house-made fettuccini, five cheese ravioli, baked ziti, shrimp scampi, gemelli with Italian sausage and osso bucco. Guest favorites, including Vito’s spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, veal parmesan and chicken piccata are also available. We also offer several steaks from Silverado Steak House. All entrees are served with an amazing artisan bread basket and dip, and guests have a choice of a caesar salad tossed tableside orsoup and paste or veggies to accompany their entrees.

So we tried again to go back hoping it would be as good as experience as the first. NO! Food was great and even hot this time so that was definitely a plus. But service was horrible 2 1/2 hours no water never saw the server. Waited forever for our initial drinks and to place our order. Had to keep asking other servers who walked by for anything we needed. We had to tell someone to please just come and give us the check. Unacceptable. We will try again because the food was good except one dish not worth it for a small piece of plain nothing on it grilled salmon and 3 pieces of broccolini. Just not sure how a restaurant in such a busy hotel has such bad service and it was a week day! Should have asked for a manager it really was unsatisfactory service.

The food here does not disappoint. The service is outstanding. I feel the prices are a little high, but now going out to dinner is more costly. If you"re watching your money be more selective in your options and choose to come here. You won't be disappointed. Also pair it with a show at South Point and you'll have a memorable evening out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in Don Vito’s. The food was excellent, and the service was fabulous! We had everything from daily salmon special, various pasts dishes, and he ceasar salads were fantastic! We also joyed the Monthly Red wine selection! Will definitely dine here again!
