    Every dish was better than the last. We were surprised how quiet it was but it meant that we had all the attention from the servers and sommelier who were top notch. Highly recommend to check this new place out.

    The overall experience was great. The food was outstanding. Ashley the maître d'/sommelier provided excellent service, knowledgeable and attentive. Well done We would expect a restaurant at this level to be busier on a Friday night, should have a long waiting list.

    Underrated gem. The cuisine is what Michelin guides will call as "eclectic", with influences from all around the Mediterranean, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. Uni and ama ebi appetizer was beautifully presented in a transparent bowl, so that one can appreciate the different layers. The chocolate serenade dessert was my favourite, with an intense chocolate cream and "soil" softened by a refreshing raspberry sorbet. This combination is not novel but Dopamina balanced them better than any restaurant I've tried. The raw raspberry on the plate could have been better treated; it was bland in contrast. Service was muted and not rushed. Typical of fine dining restaurants, cutlery and dining ware was changed for every course. They transformed the space significantly from the previous occupants, which was a casual fast food place. It's a good value fine dining restaurant. Go before they get more attention or raise their prices.
