   Had booked a table; not bar seating a table. Got told we could grab a cocktail and appetizer at the chefs bar while we waited for our table to become available. No one came over for 15 minutes to take a drink order. Then no one proceeded to offer us our actual booked table so we sat at the chefs bar for our entire night. The chairs at the chefs bar are not comfortable, my back was killing me by the end of dinner. Service could have been better in the aspect of recommendations. Also not to mention swearing by the kitchen staff. The food was good though.

   Hard to beat this place. Quite honestly the food and the service trump most places I've been in Calgary. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a warm, cozy Italian restaurant and with each new menu you find another dish the blows your mind. Literally the gold standard.

   An amazing dining experience. The ambience starts it off with a very Italian setting and decor. The food was delicious - high quality ingredients combined with creative combinations of flavours that made for a wonderful meal. The service was top notch - casual but professional all at the same time. Everyone seemed to take pride in the food and your experience. Having family heirlooms for the cup and saucer for the espresso along with a light and tasty tiramisu was the perfect ending. Well done!

   Mind blowing! The flavors are incredible that come from the kitchen and same goes with Dom and the drinks he crafts. DOPO, Thank You for a wonderful evening and fantastic culinary experience!

   I think I entered another realm of existence, the food was so good. The atmosphere and service were super too, just an all around great place to eat and be with people

   The meal was delicious and we were seated right away. Our server was kind, knowledgeable and lovely. My irritation is that we were rushed. There were 3 of us. We were rushed to order and when we asked if we had time for dessert she said we had 5 minutes and we had time if we scarfed it back. I’ve never felt like I have had to ask if we have “time for dessert” ever in a restaurant but we felt the time pressure our whole meal. We had a 2 hour time slot to eat and leave. Also we were not allowed to order an appetizer and then choose the rest of the meal. We had to order everything at once. It was all rather off putting. Our server did graciously invite us to sit upstairs in their bar to finish our meal if we wanted but we didn’t want to. Anyway a great meal, I probably won’t rush back, the pressure to be quick about it took away our enjoyment. I asked if a larger group would have more time. A group of 6 would get 2.5 hours! So only half an hour more.

   I never leave reviews but I HAVE to rave about this restaurant, im blown away by how delicious the food was, every dish that I tried was spectacular on their new menu! Gnocchi melted in my mouth and the ceasar salad with anchovies was top notch, also their focaccia bread was out of this world. We finished with Rosas famous tiramisu and it was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had! The service was phenomenal and they showed us around the restaurant, which was so sweet! Im booking again and cant wait to come back.

   Chefs Kevin, Katlyn, and Jonathan were incredible! We sat right at the kitchen window, and the experience, food, and service were outstanding. Our server (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) was so kind and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

    Butternut squash ravioli, focaccia and endive salad were amazing. Although I did like the truffle bechamel lasagna, didn’t blow me away as I had hoped for so probably wouldn’t get again. A shame they removed the veal chop parm from the menu - was my favourite. Overall, outstanding and highly recommend. Bartender (forget name, bald, bearded guy) was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.
