   Not impressed over all. Our table wasn’t ready so went to the bar. We waited several more minutes than we should have just to order a drink at the bar. Then we went to our table, were given bread without plates. We were given water without glasses. The main entrees were good but the lobster Mac and cheese was not good, it was taken off our check. I do not need to come back here.

   Honestly we weren’t expecting much. This is a restaurant in an indoor water park. We were very pleasantly surprised and actually ate here two nights in a row. We appreciate the very elevated experience and highly recommend it.

   They had a great dinner special this week, $65 for an appetizer (I got the sushi), a main course (I got 4oz filet with shrimp, mashed and asparagus), and double dessert (cheesecake and 7 layer chocolate cake.) Not a bad deal, nice dinner for two with a few beers at a respectable price.

   When we first sat down, we were greeted by our waitress, Carmen, who had a great energy and was super sweet. Shortly after, the chef came out from the kitchen to our table to address some of our parties allergies (soy and egg yolk). He was absolutely amazing and gave us a run through of how the kitchen is prepped and what he can a can’t prepare based on the oil they use. Honestly, they only use an oil that has salt for anything fried, which we don’t eat — so that worked out perfectly. He has a daughter that has 7 allergies so his kitchen is organized in a way where there is no cross contamination— separate knives, cutting stations, etc. He told us if we had any questions about the menu, he would personally Come out and answer them. The atmosphere was anything you wanted it to be. Family friendly, romantic, girls night out. And there is a door that leads to Redd’s Piano bar which was so much fun to go to right after!! The food was amazing from the drinks to the desert! Everything on the menu looked good, but was I can attest to is the honey & almond butter board, broiled oysters, Caesar salad, blackened filet mignon, creamed spinach, 7 layer cake and New York cheesecake. The butter board is a must have! The flavoring of the broiled oysters was delicious, but the oysters were not that meaty so they flattened and stuck to the shell. The Caesar salad was not drowned in dressing. It was perfectly light and fresh. The filet mignon was a showstopper. Perfectly cooked and flavored. Chefs kiss! The creamed spinach I was nervous about because it looked a little oily, however it was deceivingly fresh and light. It was mixed with Manchego cheese which is a low glycemic, slow insulin release cheese. Really cool idea! All of the desserts are made in house except for the ice cream cart which they get from cedar point. The chocolate cake was dense and rich but very yummy. The cheesecake was so creamy! Best dessert of all of them, in opinion! Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Service was great, and food was way better than we expected for a resort. They were very accommodating and sweet with our large group. We would definitely go back.
