   First visit for a while but as good as previous visits. Quick and friendly service. The food was superb and the coffee is really good so well worth having a second cup.

   Food was okay but over priced, portions quite small. Wife ordered with out pickles, pickles were added (not a huge deal as can pick then off). No one came to check if order was ok, Special burger was miss described. Asked for another bottle of water to be met with a eye roll. Service charge of 10% added and you have to for it to be removed, feels quite cheeky and manipulative. Payment then asks you for a tip anyway. Tables were sticky too so unsure what service is being provided really... AVOID

   First time visiting Down the Hatch. Breakfast booked. Service was great, very efficient, staff were friendly & polite. Coffee was served very quickly & did not disappoint it was delish. 😋 I did not eat all that was offered for the breakfast & the staff were very accommodating advising my options. Left feeling very full. Would highly recommend & will return for another visit. The only thing was could not get a table booked for 10.30am inside, however, eating outside today was not cold. Great place

   As always, the food was amazing and the service was great too. The Mexi Skillet is fantastic. I added a note to the booking to say it was my son's birthday which wasn't acknowledged. This is fine and didn't assist the overall experience, but a happy birthday would've been a nice touch. We weren't too keen on dogs in the indoor space when eating.

    Excellent food and service as always although prices have gone up since last visit. £13 for a hot dog is on the high end. Still great quality
