   Waited for quite a long time to be seated (over an hour? although the dining room was half filled at best. Fries and bbq sandwich were lukewarm at best when served. Disappointing experience.

   Food quality was good. Had a great waiter but ambiance best for families with kids. Sat in the tiki hut area but arcades were right behind us.

   Immediately after being seated we were informed that there was a 90 minute wait for food, the manager was very matter of fact about it and not at all apologetic. We left without even ordering.

   This is our second time being a Flavortown the first place right when they opened last July, and not happy with the changes that were made from changing the kids cups from a souvenir to some crappy kids cup. That looks like it came from Shoney’s. I got rid of almost all the chicken food items. Even the kids meal chicken tenders aren’t the same ones from chicken guy.  silverware went through three different ones that were totally dirty and had food still stuck on them.  guys car really needs to be clean on the daily because the fingerprints he would be ashamed if he saw that totally not the same as last year. Very sad but service was Amazing top notch Heather was our waitress and she made the trip even more enjoyable, needs to go back to when they opened because guy would definitely not be happy with what it’s turned into a bona fide chilis.    This place was so much fun! The food was fantastic! We are huge fans of Chicken Guy so we couldn’t wait to try it. Great Job Team!!

    Downtown Flavortown was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was amazing and it was the best restaurant service we've ever had! I would recommend Flavortown to anyone and everyone. The food was AMAZING! It did not disappoint!
