Progressive American cooking rooted in Sonoma County

Legendary Chef Charlie Palmer seamlessly blends his Progressive American style with the rich bounty of Sonoma County, along with the most expansive, exclusively Sonoma County wine list in the world. Here you’ll discover the freshest, hyper-seasonal ingredients that are grown and raised by farms up the road, and wines by vintners you visited earlier in the day. We’re proud to call Healdsburg home.

Choose from our three-course nightly dinner menu, indulge in Chef Shane’s ever-changing six-course tasting menu, or enjoy our celebrated Thursday night Sonoma Neighbor menu. For a more casual evening, dine at Dry Creek Kitchen’s bar or savor light bites and hearty burgers at Hotel Healdsburg’s lobby Spirit Bar. Welcome to our kitchen, where we celebrate the essence of Sonoma County, every day.

Ever since Chef Shane came on board, the food has been consistently exceptional— creative, beautiful and delicious. The service has also become top notch, and the Dry Creek Kitchen’s team couldn’t be better. S. Witten

We have been dining here for decades since it first opened and the current team in the kitchen is the best ever. This was our third three course meal in the last year. Each one was perfectly executed and simply wonderful. Last night's steak tartare was outstanding. The staff is great and of course the setting unsurpassed. Bravo!

The food was fantastic. The service was quite rushed, which made for a less than pleasant experience.

Everything was tasty and supplied in ample serving sizes. A really nice place to come for quiet conversation and well prepared foods. It’s on the pricier side cost wise but worth it in my estimation.

I have mixed opinions. Food was good. Service was slow. I didn’t like not being able to order ala carte. You either had to order the 3 course or 6 course menu and the entire table needed to do the 6 course if that’s what you wanted. No corkage fee on a bottle we brought. I don’t know, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

We attended one of the monthly wine dinners featuring wines of Radio-Coteau. The extensive prix fixe menu was wonderful. We had one wonderful dish after another, including a daybook scallop crudo, an exceptional pork tenderloin, a mouthwatering porcini linguini. My husband loved the 28 day aged sirloin (I'm not a fan of aged meat) The quality of the ingredients really made these dishes sing. The wine pairing beautifully complimented the dishes, I will be looking into buying some of the Radio-Coteau wines! Oh, and the service was both attentive and personable.

Amazing food and our server, Brian, was so great. Loved how all the servers served our table at same time. Steak tartare was soooo good. My duck confit linguini was delicious and the truffles at end were to die for.
