Drygate Brewing Co is a multi-purpose venue. We have a 120 cover Brewhouse restaurant & bar at ground level with views into our craft brewery. This area also houses a Private Dining section for up 30 covers.

Our drinks offer focuses on craft beer with 26 draught taps, including a range of Drygate brews & a 200 strong bottled beer list. This is supplemented by an extensive wine list, all available by the glass & a well curated range of spirits.

The Upstairs Beer Hall & Terrace has a more relaxed communal feel focusing on pub classics and pizzas.

We were really looking forward to a nice dinner here after checking the menu online. While the menu did have limited vegetarian options, we saw at least 2 main courses we could have. Once seated and having ordered our drinks, we were told there was no vegetarian main courses left so had to have chips. We also paid about £3 each for a sides of ‘beer vegetables’ which turned out to be tiny bowls of slightly vinegary raw vegetables. 2 out of 5 of us were vegetarian, and another of our party had allergies which meant she sticks to a vegan diet. In a place like this it’s pretty shocking that you can’t cater for vegetarians, and didn’t even offer any compensation or apologies for this. What’s more the service that we did get was extremely slow and haphazard and the waiter even completely forgot one of our drinks and one of the dishes we were able to order. The food we did receive was average at best and overpriced. Sad to say we won’t be returning.

Great place to blether. Noise level not too bad. Food excellent. Beer excellent. Service a bit haphazard, but very friendly, problems solved pretty quickly and definitely amicably. Design and layout of the place very interesting and pleasant. Overall very enjoyable experience. Slainthe!

Friendly atmosphere with a relaxing and rustic feel. Food was delicious and good value. Staff were lovely. First visit was a week ago with six other people who all enjoyed the night. I was back again within a few days with a different set of friends and family so I would definitely recommend.

We arrived about 30mins early and were told that our table wasn't ready but we could have a seat at bar area and we'd be told when a table was available. We sat there for roughly 20 minutes and heard nothing from the staff, I asked one in passing if we could order there and she said that a table was becoming available and took us over. After being seated at the table we were left waiting on a server coming over, no one even came by to take a drinks order. Staff were serving other people that came in after us and just generally seemed disinterested in us. After 20 minutes of waiting, we went to the bar ourselves to order as we were fed up waiting and being ignored, and the staff didn't seem to care that we'd waited so long. Overall the food itself was great but the service was shockingly poor.

The fish and chips are epic. The burgers were great and the 'posher' plates went down very well. Food had always been good here, but they've really stepped things up. The relaxed atmosphere and huge beer selection are excellent. Stephen and the team were really on their game this week. It won't be long before we are back!
