   Well We booked as it was advertised as a great Sunday lunch but when we arrived told not serving food as it’s so busy being a fulham match day Surely we should have been notified of this after booking a table ! Needless to say we left

   Hello Howard We are very sorry to read such a disappointing review of your visit on Sunday. It isn't in fact correct that food was not being served, as was explained there was a hold on food orders whilst the chef's caught up with the heavy back log of orders already placed. Perhaps you should have been told how busy it would be that day due to a Fulham home game but we like to think it creates an exciting atmosphere. We do hope you return and give us another chance because the roasts really are worth waiting for.

   Had Christmas lunch at the Durell Arms and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The staff, especially Ash could not have been more welcoming and friendly, and every single dish was absolutely on point. The place was clean and quiet, and again the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend

   Attempted to go to this pub twice in a week. First time - they were not open during their posted open hours. Second time - made a reservation for 6 pm, we were told that they don't even bother to look at reservations made on the same day and the server didn't even bother to look at their reservation list or to see if tables were available. We asked about a wait time and told that they don't know. We were simply told that they weren't going to help us. Not worth the time or effort to go to this pub at all!

   Ordered the lamb roast which at £23.50, isn’t cheap. What came out was a small roast consistent of cold potatoes/vegetables and a Yorkshire pudding the size of a walnut. The lamb was as tough as boot leather. When I complained the person on the bar told me to shut up basically, and didn’t want to know. I eventually managed to swap it for the cheese burger but wasn’t given the £6 refund in price difference. Definitely won’t be coming again.

   Hello Ben, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, however I cannot help but notice some inaccuracies in your review. Firstly, at no point were you told in any terms to 'shut up'. When you approached the manager on duty and asked to speak with them, you were politely asked if you could wait for a moment as they were the only individual manning the bar. Your comments at the time only pertained to the size of the portion for the cost, not the quality of the food. Following this, once you had voiced your opinions and confirmed you rather a burger instead, you immediately returned to you seat to watch the football and did not allow the opportunity for a refund to be processed, as this must be done but first finding the original transaction. Please email us for your £6 refund

   Couldn't order any food using the scanner as page wouldn't work when selecting food. Certain bar staff lack politeness and warmth. Seemed like they couldn't care less. Some others were nice though.

   Booked table for Euros footie - had cheeseburger (decent size and quality; well presented; but pricey at just under £17); beers are also pricey at over £6.50 for any pint (though excellent range of choice). A great social pub with events three times a week. Large and perfect for live sport.

   Booked table for England (Euros QF) - great screens everywhere and decent pub grub (really good wings and huge sausage roll, w BG scotch egg). Beers very pricey - even for London - but maybe that was for the big footie night. Pints not much less than £7 😱

    Duck pie with mash and cabbage was absolutely delicious. Lovely atmosphere, good music in the background. Thoroughly enjoyable lunchtime break.
