   Found the food a bit pricey but I guess that's the economy now. Food was a good though, didn't really care for the new salmon appetizers, too much rice and not very tasty.

   I booked a table for my family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I had asked for a table in the dining room with a bench as we had two small kids. We got there and we had a raised table (all be it with a bench) but the height was silly for small kids. The staff really did not want to accommodate until I got a bit frustrated after one of the kids slid off the high bench! Not sure I will go back to this earls.

   Worst service I have ever had anywhere. Went there for my husband and my father’s birthdays-it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. They forgot our appetizer. My food was cold. Not sure if we will ever go back.

   As usual my friend and I enjoyed our lunch. The Chicken Santa Fe salad is always very good. We have noticed the portion of avocado has been greatly reduced and my friend's salad did not come with any avocado. She, however, did not want to let our server know.

   So, our server forgot to bring our appetizer. Didn't bring the correct wine to taste. Then everyone's meals (3) were served and mine showed up after everyone ate. Zero adjustment to the bill. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Not a good experience.

   This Earls was busting! Great location close to the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium and SAIT. Service was excellent from Avery. We had roast beef sliders and Queen Bee pizza - both were excellent - and topped off our meal by sharing a pumpkin pie - yummy! We’ll be back!

   My friend and I enjoyed our lunch. I have, however, noticed that the portions of the Santa Fe Chicken Salad, are smaller every time I order it. Yesterday we sat by the window where it was extremely cold with the air conditioning. Our server, Kaelyn, was kind enough to move us to another table where it was somewhat better.

    Staff excellent, the Guy who took our reservation, chatty and nice, no rush just pleasant conversations towards our table. Out server, kind and respectful, no 'over running' all the time. Food, perfect, tastefully and very nice arranged. Perfect lunch out, sure to be back.
