   It was a good experience. We had a show to attend at the Jubilee and they turn our drinks and food out in very quick order.

   We’ve been to Earls on 16th many times over the years. This evening was incredibly disappointing. ‘Happy Hour’ isn’t ‘improved’ , but eliminated entirely from the dining side of the room. We are two short women who do not wish to climb up onto a bar seat, or bench & listen to a loud variety of sports over your tvs. But that’s the only place to enjoy your so called Happy hour. 😑 I ordered a Cobb Salad “an American garden salad typically made with chopped salad greens, tomato, bacon, chicken breast, hard boiled eggs, advocado, and cheese. The ingredients are laid out separately, often in neat rows. It is served as a main course” *Wikipedia I got a plate of greens , one egg and two cherry tomatoes, a bit of cheese sprinkled - I had to dig through the pile of greens to find anything other than lettuce . That was not a Cobb salad and your menu needs to be changed to reflect reality. It is false advertising otherwise. After many years of ‘meeting up at Earls, we will be going elsewhere.

   Always a great experience at earls. Food & service was exceptional. Our server, Mayan was friendly & efficient. They provided us with a Polaroid picture as it was Mother’s Day which I thought was a nice touch.

   I love this place. I would definitely come back to try more dishes. The meat is always delicious and cooked to perfection. We were greeted by a slightly grumpy girl, but everything was very good afterward. They brought my toddler a soda, and it tasted bad. The waiter was extraordinary in turning that bad experience into an exceptional one by giving him dessert at the end. Unfortunately, I don't remember the waiter's name, but congratulations to the entire service. This was on May 9, 2025, at 5 pm in the patio area.

   Dear Earls, I recently dined at your establishment and wanted to share my feedback regarding the meal I had. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The chicken I we ordered was dry and lacked flavor, which made the meal quite unpleasant. I had high expectations based on the reviews and the reputation of your restaurant, but I was disappointed by the quality of the dishes. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe in providing constructive feedback. I hope you will consider this when preparing future meals, as the overall dining experience didn’t meet the standards I was expecting.    Hostess & Server were great! Food ~ salmon was overdone. I asked for the dressing on the side and it was already on the salad. We were in and out in good time to go to a comedy show at the Southern Jubilee Auditorium. VERY noisy. Hard to hear our conversation.

    Incredible food, incredible people, the overall experience is just enjoyable. Staff is kind, helpful and knowledgeable in their roles. Food was nothing short of amazing. Happy hour menu is a 10/10 and the patio is so cozy. Will never not recommend this place!
