   I’ve always been a fan of earls never had an issue but today I’m not sure if it’s because of the staff that work in the dishwasher but my biggest problem was the cups every cup had to be exchanged once or twice kinda felt like the cups was being rinsed dried and sent right back out and the appetizer was good just feel like it was cooked a little differently from the earls at the prudential and last but not least the HEAT WAS BLASTING on this beautiful day felt more like summer…other than those few complaints my family and I enjoyed ourselves but I think earls in the Pru so go give them a few pointers

   Earls is always one of my favorite spots to go for lunch. You have to order the truffle fries to start, they are perfectly crispy and the grated Parmesan cheese on top as a nice touch. My go to dish is always one of their taco options paired with the sparkling raspberry lemonade. If you go I would recommend requesting Adam as your server, he is one of the best!

   Really liked the set up and decor and the food was great! Very loud in the dining area, though. There was 3 times during the hour we were there that plates/glass were dropped and shattered in the dining room by staff carrying too much. Lots of staff bustling around, but it was hard to get attention from our server. Also, server seemed not sure of ingredients in items on the menu and gave some inaccurate info. We have food allergies, so it was important for our server to be knowledgeable. This is not a date night spot for you and your partner to catch up on a long week.

   1st out of 5th time we’ve been here and it kinda sucked. 20-30min to get still water. Guacamole was brown on the 2nd request with no salt. Out of vegan food for my girlfriend. Sever did their best. It’s out of their control. But overall it was not able to deliver tonight. We can usually count on this place, but not tonight. Like they say, it’s the bad times that stick out.
