   We are regulars. Located in a high rise retail space. Plenty of parking with other retail within easy walking distance. Food and drink is consistent. Service is good. Place gets busy on weekend evenings. Reservations are recommended for large parties. Our server Sky is fantastic and the manager Ryan always makes sure everything is to our liking.

   Best margaritas in town and the service is stellar. Arguably the best place to go in the city.

   We arrived 15 min. early and were told it was too early to seat us (it was 5:45pm). We decided to have a drink at the bar, service there was slow and bar was unkempt/sticky. $45 for two drinks. Seating us for dinner took longer than it should for a table in the loud bar area when we had a dinner reservation for the dining room. We ordered a bottle of white wine that was grossly warm. We kindly ordered wine by the glass while the bottle could be chilled. The Korean rids were overly saucy and room temperature but still good. Our dinners were just ok. The wine finally came back after we were done with dinner, still warm, not sure why a restaurant like this can’t chill a bottle of wine. Our server was very nice but the rest of the experience wasn’t great.

   Unfortunately, I have to say this was a very underwhelming experience. We ordered the filet mignon(medium) and the peppercorn ribeye steak (medium). The steak came out well done and very dry for the filet mignon. The manager came to replace it, but it came out very salty and the cut didn't taste anything like how a filet mignon should taste like. Giving a star for them trying to make it right and giving us a drink for free to compensate, but sadly the food wasn’t up to standard at all. Possible the worse steak filet mignon I’ve ever had. The peppercorn steak wasn’t really to my liking ethier, but it wasn't bad. Wanted to like the place because the interior was nice and our server and the manager there was really nice.

   Sadly we had a bad experience at Earl's such that I will not be returning. First, despite telling the restaurant (host and server) repeatedly that we were celebrating birthdays, they did not bring dessert or help us celebrate (though they did for several tables around us). Second, despite telling our server repeatedly that I have dairy and gluten allergy, they brought my meal incorrect and had to then repeat. When it came, it did not taste good. Without asking they kindly took it off the bill. The server was nice and seemed to be trying but between medicore food, lack of attention to detail, we will not be returning again.

   The food here is really very good, the zero-proof drinks tasty. Saturday night brings in a metro and family mix of people - but that also means the kitchen gets swamped. It will likely be a longer dinner so do not come if you are looking to get out in under 90 min.

   While everything else was good the quality of the food was surprisingly below expectations. I had steak and sushi and both where underwhelming. Both the stake and the "pressed salmon" were tasteless. The service and the vibe were good.
