   Our waiter Brandon was amazing. He was knowledgeable on the food and drinks, never had us wait too long in between drinks, apps and entrees and was so kind!

   This was our second time! Everything was good however a few of our dishes were cold and my dinner was overcooked and dry.

   The staff was so nice and helpful making our friends surprise birthday party a celebration to remember. Food was amazing and the winter wonder-lounge was so fun and festive. Thank you so much!

   Wait staff were very attentive and friendly including the management. Love the vibe and festive drinks. Place was packed with the patio and everyone going to the Pops including our party and those coming from the Bruins game.

   Unfortunately, this establishment chooses to suggest tips based on the total including tax. I hold management and ownership responsible for this flaw rather than wait staff. I love this place, but please don’t suggest tips on tax. Not appropriate or ethical.

   I went for my daughter bday it was cute with Xmas lights but I spent around 650$ and had to wait a long time for our food due to an “incident in the kitchen” which they apologized for but offered no compensation also no one even sang happy bday they just dropped of the dessert I ordered I expected more for what I paid and the time I spent especially since I noted it was a birthday in the open table app

   This was my second visit to this location. Last year, the entire staff rose to the occasion when the kitchen crashed at the height of the rush. They were on top of it and made sure that meals arrived in time for us to eat and get to our event. Fortunately, this year, that didn't happen. The staff's attention to detail and their work to get our party together was much appreciated. I cannot say enough about Earl's. We will be back next year.
