We arrived to be seated promptly - the birthday request we had was mentioned & confirmed. Drink & food orders were taken immediately & all staff were very attentive to all of our requests & needs! It was a terrific afternoon!!

This is the fourth year in a row that I've held my birthday party there. The staff is great, They can accommodate a group a group of 20 in their solarium and the food is good.

Six of us went to Earl’s the other night for a get together and it worked out well. The waitress was quick and efficient asked us about drinks. We made our order and she was back quickly with the wine and glasses. Unfortunately, after the wine was poured, and we started to drink, we noticed that one glass was cracked, and we brought it to the attention of the waitress. She removed the glass the manager, then came over replaced the glass and gave us a replacement bottle of wine as well as a glass. Very smart. She checked in frequently and was very helpful with ordering. I don’t hesitate to recommend the restaurant for an evening dinner or meal at any time.

We booked for 8 people at 5:30 on a Sunday. Fifteen minutes prior, three others decided to join. I phoned the restaurant and they cheerfully accommodated the change. Our waitress, Sophie, was amazing. I mentioned that we were going to drink a lot of water because a bunch of the group had been sailing and another bunch mountain biking. Sophie kept the water (and other adult beverages) flowing. She managed the orders for 11 guests with a smile on her face and great suggestions. We had a great family dinner with a group ranging from 6-months-old to 92. Great food made even better by fantastic service. Thank-you Sophie.
