   Earls at Fir and Broadway is our favourite spot for a business lunch. The tables are spaced sufficiently in order to have useful discussions without distractions from neighbouring diners. The servers are very attentive to our needs without being intrusive. Diana G.

   Very disappointed with the service and food quality. A server came by and introduced herself. Soon after she became a busgirl in a different section! We were completely ignored until I asked to have someone take our order. We were offered comp desserts at the end of our meal, which was nice gesture, but we will not be returning. We were also seated at a table next to a party of 10 who had a screeching child. Unfortunately, this Earl’s location has really gone downhill.

   Server was thorough and very attentive. Earls always does a great job with the service and the solarium is a really nice spot for dinner.

   Our server was lovely and very patient as our table wasn’t very organized when it came time to order … The new item of the steak with sushi was a hit !

   Great early dinner and caught the last few minutes of happy hour. The staff were very accommodating to our seating needs- thank you very much! Food was great and service was mostly smooth up until the end. We were long done our food and most of our plates were taken away when our server couldn't be found for the longest time so we could ask for the bill. Other than that it was a great dine in experience.

    Great happy hour menu and love the wine Tuesday. Everything was great except for the wagyu sushi press. The rice was not cooked thru so there were hard bits. Manager replaced it with another one but it still had the same problem. Appreciate the gesture of the comped dessert but the chef has to taste the rice as it was really unacceptable to have half cooked sushi ride in Vancouver x 2. Great front of house service as usual
