    The staff were very pleasant towards my disabled brother. They know him and always treat him well. My family really appreciate this . Nice people work at Earls

    Unfortunately our party of 4 did not have a good experience at Earl’s on Fir St today. Came for brunch. Coffee was spilt by the server who never came back to clean it up as well as being spilt all over my husbands iPhone and other personal items. Table was then taken over by manager who was very nice and apologetic. But food was hardly warm. Eggs Benedict, potatoes, crab cakes, an order of calamari- all pretty close to cold. I’ve experienced this food temperature problem before and don’t understand why it cannot seem to come out hot. Or at least very warm. Tastes great but it is an issue. Will probably think twice about a return visit.

    We had the pleasure of have a lunch for 15ppl at earls. The team were incredible. We were able to do a preorder with Cai prior to arriving as we had a tight timeline and Cai and the team couldn’t have been more helpful!! The group love it. Thank you so much earls team!!

    Always a good overall experience; however, understand that in this economy, prices have gone up, but at the same time, the serving sizes appear to have gotten smaller.

    We experienced a surprising number of hiccups during the course of our evening. What stood out, however, was the restaurant’s response. Everything was addressed positively and by the end of our visit, I would say they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our visit! We will definitely be visiting again!
