   At first I was seated with a large party (20+) despite the rest of the dining room being relatively empty. I had arrived about 15 minutes before my reservation and was pleased to have a table ready. About 20 mins into my seating, I asked to be move to another part of the dining room as the party was too chaotic and encroaching into my booth. My server, Gabby and the Manager, were able to accommodate and we were able to rest of the dining experience better. I rated the ambiance low since for the holidays I would have like bit more festive decorations or meal selection. The FOH staff seemed very unprepared for the large group that came in.

   First of all, service was good. But food quality was out of expectation on the down side. Ordered the following: Wagyu Beef Oshi Press - Did not feel any Wagyu Beef. Tasteless. 6 oz Steak Frites - Asked for blue rare and turned out to be rare. Meat not juicy but chewy. Hard to cut even with steak knife provided. Seafood Platter - Worst quality ever. Tiny oysters. Tasteless sushi. Unfresh lobster though it was chilled, Not worth for the high price. Overall, there are better choices in Richmond like Cactus Club, Chop, Blue Canoe ... Will not go back for a while!

   The places was very busy however service was great - so was the food! Only issue it is abit noisy with all the holiday customers

   Service was excellent. Beef and Salomon presses great and Margaritas very goodz Queen bee pizza was disappointing. Tasteless, not spicy and lacking cheese.

   My coworkers and I go to Earls every quarter for happy hour because parking is plentiful, the food and drinks are good, and the atmosphere is lively but not so noisy that we can't hear each other talk. We always get seated in Kayla's section and we're so glad because she's fantastic. Super attentive, friendly, and accommodating. We look forward to seeing her every time we go! Thanks to Kayla, Earls will always be our go-to, post-work happy hour spot. Thank you, Kayla, for always giving such great service!

   To easily accommodate our group of 3 tables was exceptional. Service was superior, hot dishes, cold drinks were all very much appreciated. Not one person of our group of 30 plus had a single complaint. Thank you for stellar service.

   Our server, Kayla, was exceptional. She was attentive and accommodating to our needs. The food came out quickly and was great as usual. But as always, you are in good hands when you have Kayla taking care of you.
