   Came here last night with my family for my mom’s birthday! I wanted to leave a review for the host at the front door last night (wasn’t able to catch his name) and the lounge server (unfortunately forgot her name). The host was extremely sweet and very friendly right from the hop! We started off in the lounge, it was a bit loud for my dad as he has hearing problems. We asked to move into the dining and the lounge server was super sweet about it. Host came back and moved us to the dining with no problem. Both the lounge server and host were very kind. My family and I took note of that immediately. The food was amazing, we all loved it! Service in the dining room was alright, but was a bit surprised by it in comparison to the service we received by the lounge server and the host. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The host and lounge server were quite literally the reason why we had a good experience! Kudos to the both of them, we all noticed how friendly and accommodating the two were.

   Earls is always a place for us to go to when we want good steak. We used open table to reserve our seat about an hour before going. When we got there the 2 guys who walked in just before us were told there was a 2 and half hour wait. It felt good and thanks to my wife who said let’s reserve a spot to be seated right away even 5 minutes before our reservation. The seats were probably for open table reservations on short notice but the experience overall was great.
