   Our server was Sophia, great server always attentive to our needs. She came around on a regular basis and was quick to bring us additional drinks or anything else like ketchup, napkins etc. Food is always good and they are a proud supporter of our local WHL hockey team the Cougars.

   Our server was very nice. Everyone’s food was delicious however the Yucatán Chicken Tacos were very disappointing tonight. We’ve had them a few times before and the tacos were always loaded with chicken. Tonight they were all vegetables with only a couple of very small pieces of chicken in each taco. Very disappointing. This is the only reason I gave the food a lower rating, the rest of the meals were great!

   A great dining experience. Table of 5. Our appetizers were really good and came quickly. All 5 main course meals were delicious. Our server was excellent. It was 10/10. Thank You. I hope you will continue with the Cougars meal deal next season

   Our server, Matteo, was awesome! Everyone at our table ordered the steak dinner. All the steaks were cooked perfectly and overall a delicious meal! Great job, Earl’s!

   We eat here a lot and usually have great food, however this latest trip was not great. Both of us ordered steak dishes. The steak came barely warm. Everything else was good. We spoke to the server, who apologized and ended up sending them managed out to talk with us. The steaks were taken off our bill and the manager and sever were very apologetic about it. They did offer to remake them, but we were under a time crunch and were not able to take them up on the offer. We will be back again.

   Very disappointed in the new tuna ahi poke bowl. I have been eating it for years and discovered the recipe has changed

    Noise level was way too loud. Seemed more like a pub than a restaurant. Didn’t enjoy the atmosphere.
