The food quality seems to be declining, portion sizes being reduced, presentation of the food needs work. There are enough choices from shared food, vegetarian, seafood and meat lovers. Restaurant was full so the noise level was extremely high making it difficult to have a conversation. Service was exceptionally slow, perhaps short staffed. Overall, I would recommend it and return, I believe it was just bad timing when the restaurant too busy to get the best experience.

The steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. Although the service was a little slow as it is expected at this time of the year (additional resources on the floor would be great) the food was delivered in a timely manner and was very tasty. Great experience overall!

We had a wonderful experience overall, but we were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary and had hoped for something a little extra special. In the past, places like Joeys, Cactus Club, and The Keg have made our celebrations memorable with a complimentary dessert and a thoughtful message. It was our first time celebrating at Earls, and while it's not about getting something for free—I don't mind paying—I did mention our celebration when I made the reservation. This might be our first and last time celebrating there, simply because we were hoping for a bit more acknowledgment of our special occasion.

The food was amazing as always although our reservation was for 7pm we waited 25 minutes for a table which was a bit annoying. Everything else was amazing.

Good brunch food. (Benedict). Nice service A little noisy for a Sunday brunch due to the lack of separation glass between booths. Okay value.

A friend and I dined at Earls Sherway on December 7th, our reservation was at 1030PM. We were served by Sergi who provided exceptional service; he was polite, patient and carried himself very professionally, as usual. There is no question that he takes pride in his work as he goes beyond to ensure patrons are happy with their Earls experience. We have frequented this location since it opened, with small/large parties and enjoyed each visit. Earl's is usually our first choice. The overall quality of service and experience has been excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the entirety of this visit due to the behaviour of the bartender. Again, Sergi's service was excellent and the food was great, as usual.

Took a teenager for her 14th birthday as she wanted oysters and we needed somewhere with them on the regular menu. It was a busy Saturday night so it took a bit of time to get seated (with resos) and to get our drinks etc. My only complaints would be that 3 different people asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and 3 times we told them and when dessert was brought out, they didn't put the birthday sparkler on it like they usually do. She was a bit bummed. Other complaint is that we ordered apps, and all of the food was brought out at the same time which was challenging for a single table, three people and 6 plates plus drinks. Drinks were good, food tasted great, the server was lovely. Overall, I wouldn't come back on a Saturday night but would come on another evening.
