   First off ..ourr server Destiny was amazing! We could over hear the customers at the next table we're being a little difficult but she separated whatever was going on and really caring for us. The manager and other servers were also very nice and welcoming. In contrast..the Hostess wasn't very welcoming at all just seemed like she didn't want to be there and was robotic at best. No eye contact when speaking and just seemed dismissive...unusual considering the job of the hostess is to make you feel welcome. We've been here several times and the food is consistent. A little pricey so happy hour prices sometimes help. We had the steak frites (prob 6/10 lack some flavour though cooked perfectly med rare) and crispy prawn Tacos which are always great. The ambiance at Earl's Sherway is the best .so cozy and the warm lighting is the way to go. Overall today our experience was a 7.5/10...not bad..though in the past visits we have had 9s and 10s.

   It is a great feeling to walk in and have staff recognize you, it makes your experience more personal. Food is great and the staff very attentive and they do no rush you to turn tables ERls Sherway will definitely be one of my go to restaurants !

   Always a lovely meal at Earl's. Great that it was not that busy for January 1, so we were able to sit and hang out for a bit after our meal.

   Earls has been our favourite restaurant for a long time but unfortunately our experience at Sherway this time was not what we usually expect from them. Front hostess wasn’t welcoming. We came for our favourite appetizer and unfortunately they were out. One of our entree was a completely wrong item and my burger was over done to a point it was hard to even chew. We were also overcharged for the burger when we received our bill. Our NYE dinner was just not as good as we wanted it to be here.

   Amazing place to eat. Was originally supposed to go to Cactus club but they couldn’t serve hot food because of a vent issue in the kitchen. Made a reservation with earls and was able to get in right away. I always have such a good time at Earls, the ambiance, the food, all the cute plants! For sure recommended if you have never been.

   Service was very good. Brunch menu was very limiting. Only two omelette choices and neither vegetarian? Overall a nice place to go but menu can be expanded to suit vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free diets. Washroom was very clean (which is always important)!

   Whenever we visit Sherway, we usually try one of the local restaurants. This time, we decided to give Earls a try, but unfortunately, out of the three chain restaurants in the area, we’d rank it as the worst. The food was mediocre at best, and while the service was okay, it took a long time for our dishes to be cleared. The section where we were seated felt cold and the interior decor felt cheap. Overall, we’d recommend opting for one of the other restaurants in the area instead.

   My friend and I shared an order of crab cakes, with salad and roast beef sliders. There were two crabcakes on the plate so we each had one. And he added an extra slider to the slider plate so we each had two sliders. The food was delicious and there was lots of it. We finished everything. But I could’ve done with just one slider and one crabcake. My only complaint is, it’s really not a good place for people who have any kind of hearing problems. It was quite noisy. This is not a complaint as such because it is the festive season and everybody was so happy to see everybody else and it was all happy noise. But it would’ve been nice to have a corner for older ladies who have hearing problems so they can talk. That is the only reason that I would not return to Earls. The food was great. Our waiter was really good. The ambiance was great., the bathrooms were great. Everything was just fine except for the noise and I don’t think the restaurant can really do anything about that.

    We never have any complaints about the food! Today the pizza was cold, hard, chewy! Nobody gave us the happy hour menu! Our drinks were really bad like really watered down! We love your gin & tonic because of the fresh tonic water which is served in individual bottles, today were told after getting our drinks that you ran out of that specific tonic water due to the holidays! The wings & fries were still 10/10. The staff is always nice, today we only waited 5 mins! Kinda turned off cuz we like coming here! Hopefully this is a one off cuz of the holidays! We’ll see you in 2025
