Paulina was absolutely wonderful! Super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and had such a warm, positive energy. She made our experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Big thanks to her—she’s a total gem and a great representation of the place!

From the moment my wife and I walked into Earl's, the customer service was excellent. The Hostesses greeting us, to our outstanding waiter, Hunter. The food was super delicious.

We had a reservation. Arrival at restaurant was a disaster, seating slow, and remediation took a long time to resolve even after discussion with your hostess. This dinner was meant to honour what would have been a 50th wedding anniversary and it was my worst experience at your restaurant with both your hostessing staff and the manager on duty who said she would come and talk to us after we were seated, and then did not. Our server was lovely but my steak frites arrived cold and had to be remade. Not at all what I have come to expect from your restaurant. I’m happy to discuss if you wish to contact me.

My friends and I have an outstanding experience at Earl's. The food and drinks were excellent as well as the service. They went above and beyond to assist us with our choices. We enjoyed most of the Happy Hour Apps and drinks. The Ring Bolt Bottle was recommended by our server and it didn't disappoint. We will be back.
