Food was bit cold when it was served. Service was not that great. Had to ask basic like black pepper with fettuccine Alfredo and soap spoon, forgot garlic toast that was ordered with pasta and when it came it wasn’t tasting great. No one ever came to check after food was dropped

We were celebrating our anniversary. We ordered steak. My wife had to send her steak back twice. I was done my meal by the time she got her third steak. The server was fantastic and the manager was nice. Obviously the cook had a bad night. I got the bill and they did not even take half off my wife’s meal. Most restaurants would have not charged for it. I understand sending it back once but twice? Very disappointing. We did not make a fuss. Just paid and left. Disappointing that they couldn’t get it right on our anniversary.

was there for a total of 2 hours - probably ate for 30 - 45 mins in total which means the food wait was around 1hour 15min - 1hr 30min which is insane? previous visit did not take this long

The evening was incredible with some great food and drinks. The server was very nice and patient with the group orders. We enjoyed all the food at the table and also had some takeaway. Will definitely be back again but we missed the Dynamite Roll lol.

Dining here with my family was a seamless and delightful experience. Our table was waiting for us, and the service was very good throughout the evening. Although my ordered steak was unexpectedly dry, I casually mentioned my thoughts to Logan, our server, indicating I'd make do. What followed was truly exceptional: Logan immediately alerted the manager, who gracefully apologised. A magnificent, perfectly cooked new dish was then brought out. We left feeling very satisfied and look forward to our next visit!

Food disappointed. Sitting too close to other tables, no privacy. Overpriced and under delivered. Expectation reality gap is huge. Service was okay.
