The new happy hour menu is very disappointing and quite underwhelming. Hardly any food options compared to the old menu. We were coming to enjoy our fav happy hour and were pretty disappointed. Our server was lovely, however.

We asked for patio and then upon our arrival we were told that there were some people there for 4 hours so we had to sit at a table inside. I am under 5 feet and have some mobility issues and we were seated at the back at a very high table. When I explained that to the hostess she seemed like she had no other table available The hockey game was on and we are hockey fans but it was very noisy I t took a while to even get waters. Then we ordered drinks and food. My guest drinks arrived and my sample or taster wine. I said that the wine was fine and ordered a 8 oz. That took forever and my guests were half way through theirs. I was going to cancel my wine and lo and behold he came with it. Our dinner took a while and I noted some table around us left and the next party ordered and ate and paid their bill before we did. My friend didn’t enjoy his beer I’m a frequent Earls customer and I hate to complain but the whole experience was not good sorry

We were a party of 5 with 1 infant in our party. Diana was our Server and did a great job considering The near chaos that a baby can create. I had the New York steak, other entrees included a Cobb salad and two orders of tacos. All were very good. The attention of various other Servers was a welcome Addition. Had not been there before. Will return

Ordered SanteFe cajun chicken salad for lunch. It was very good in presentation and taste. The server Colin provided excellent service. Explained about our dishes and kept checking if we needed anything. My friend was celebrating birthday and Colin took care of the birthday treat.

Went for the first time since the changes in both menu and happy hour. Not a fan on any of the changes. Prefer the old way. Fries were hot. Ten out of ten for fries. Had the Cajun chicken which I’ve had many times. No skin on it. I could have sworn there used to be skin??! Way over spiced. No butter on top. Wouldn’t have again.
